Born into a place that no longer exists on the map and shaped by life in Jordan and California, Hani Abadi carries a multicultural history into every composition.
A multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and composer, Hani first built his musical language as a member of the Middle Eastern dark oriental metal band Bilocate. His solo work turns inward—drawing from acoustic, alternative, folk and rock traditions without belonging to any one of them.
The result is music driven less by category than by memory, atmosphere and emotional truth.
